We are seeking a dynamic and strategic People Success Manager for our New Ventures division. This role is critical in supporting the growth and development of new projects and business areas, ensuring alignment with the overall Group goals. A People Success Manager will partner closely with the Founders of new ventures to design and implement innovative HR solutions that can help develop and retain top talent while fostering a culture of collaboration and agility.
Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders/founders on people strategies, workforce planning, and organizational design for new ventures.
Collaborate with leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives, driving growth and operational success.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and best practices to position the business unit competitively.
Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
Drive employee engagement initiatives, fostering a culture of inclusivity, innovation, and high performance.
Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract high-caliber talent for new ventures.
Partner with HR operations to ensure seamless execution of HR processes such as onboarding, performance management and benefits management
Drive initiatives to build leadership capabilities within the New Ventures teams
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, minimizing risks to the organization.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
Experience: 6-8 years of experience in HR, with a mix of strategic and operational roles, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of HR principles, workforce planning, and recruitment best practices, proficient in data analysis and forecasting, with a strategic mindset.
Soft Skills: Energetic and personable, with exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
