We are looking for a talented Application Product UI/UX Designer to own end-to-end design for our mobile and web applications. You will translate product requirements into intuitive, high-conversion, beautifully crafted user experiences. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and growth, and requires someone who can think strategically while designing with pixel-perfect precision.
Convert product requirements, wireframes, and user flows into intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Conduct UX research, user interviews, competitor analysis, and usability testing to validate design decisions.
Create detailed wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and interaction flows.
Ensure smooth and intuitive navigation, high retention, and conversion-focused experiences.
Develop modern, consistent, and scalable design systems for the product.
Define typography, color palettes, components, and UI patterns aligned with brand guidelines.
Produce polished, high-fidelity UI screens and motion/interaction designs.
Work closely with product managers, engineers, and QA teams to implement designs accurately.
Provide design specs, assets, and documentation for development.
Collaborate with growth and marketing teams to ensure consistent visual communication across the product funnel.
Identify UX bottlenecks and proactively suggest solutions that improve key metrics such as onboarding completion, activation, and feature adoption.
Stay up-to-date with modern design trends, AI-driven UI automation, and emerging best practices in mobile app UX.
Advocate for user-centric design, simplifying complex problems into delightful experiences.
Iterate rapidly using customer feedback, analytics, heatmaps, and A/B testing insights.
2-4 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design for mobile or web applications.
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centric product design, UI systems, and polished visuals.
Proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, components, variants, prototyping).
Solid understanding of user flows, heuristics, and usability principles.
Experience working in agile product teams.
